Voice Over Artist / Audio Production

BIO
I started working as a Voice Over Artist in the summer of 2016. I have always enjoyed performing and entertaining others, and in 2012 I thought it would be quite funny to do an impression of a rather abrupt SatNav.
It then occurred to me that this was in fact someone's actual job.
I spent a couple of years toying with the idea and eventually signed up for a one-day VOMasterclass with Gary Terzza ( ITV, Channel 4, E4 ). I was hooked, and after a year of finding my feet and working through freelancer platforms, I really found I had discovered my passion, not only for performing but for editing and producing high-quality recordings for my clients. I then decided to make this my full-time career at the end of 2017. Since then, I have been making vocal appearances on both the big and small screens, a variety of radio stations, phone systems, and countless E-learning presentations, working hard to develop my skills with each passing day.
Choosing to further my knowledge of this new world, and start university at the age of 28 was a game changer. Studying television and radio gave me the platform to start creating packages for radio, podcasts and videos, and really hone my craft. I was introduced to mixing music, the creation of radio imaging, interview techniques, and virtually all areas of audio production. I graduated in 2021 with a First Class Honours, and in the same year I was a finalist for the Charles Parker prize, as well as for the highly prestigious Deans Award for Salford University's School of Arts and Media. I went on to work with Care Radio while continuing my work as a voice-over artist.
